Hey Jennifer, how are you doing? So great to see you again!
My internal dialogue….
Umm who is this person and how do we know each other?
Who can I use as a wingman?
I’m standing in the café area at a conference and look around to find someone I know.
Spotted… making the eye contact trying to telepathically send along
“Hey, get over here quick!”
And, success…
My friend Neil pops over and I enter into use the wingman status.
Hey – this is my friend Neil – turn the conversation over.
Neil takes his queue and introduces himself – “hi, I’m Neil, what’s your name?”
“Oh cool, how do you know Jenn?”
Perfect. 😊
Turns out we knew each other in high school but I had no recolection – thanks to my wingman, I got the whole story shared without having to admit I didn’t remember.
But – I’m SURE that I’m not the only one that has played this sort of game.

The Secrets of Successful High Ticket Coaching Offers
High ticket closing essentially refers to finalizing the deal of a premium product or service through a phone call. It does not involve indulging in pushy and manipulative marketing strategies, but instead focuses on selling to people who are already interested in a particular product.
Closers typically have substantial liberty when it comes to high ticket coaching. As a high ticket closer, you can pick the clients you want to close deals for and determine the number of hours you wish to work. Here are some tips to gain more confidence in your high ticket coaching career:
1. Understand
It is important to sell people what they really want. At this point, the customers have probably shortlisted the product you are selling them and are comparing it with other options.
As a high ticket closer, develop a buyer persona to understand the issues that your ideal customer may be experiencing. Identify their pains, motivations, and triggering events before you make that call. A buyer persona can help you figure out your ideal customer and understand why they would consider a high-end solution for their problem.
If you sell a product that is actually demanded by the potential customers, you can market it without sounding pushy or manipulative. Remember that you need to establish your expertise, help the customer make an informed decision, and assist them in any other way you can.
2. Believe
Think about the problems being faced by prospective customers and the solution they are searching for. They are likely to finalize their purchase only when the product you are selling offers an effective solution.
High ticket coaching should not simply be focused on selling high-end products for a large amount of money. Many marketers try to sell information instead of transformation. People are not looking for information, but want a results-driven product that leads to transformation.
In order to build a transformative offer, as a high ticket closer it is important to first know that the product you are selling is what your customer really wants. If you think that your product will not deliver, and that there is a better solution out there, then you are doing a disservice to your customer.
3. Guarantee
Many high ticket closers avoid adding a money-back guarantee to the products they are selling. You may be afraid of attracting the wrong sort of audience who are simply looking for ways to use a product for free and by taking advantage of the refund policy.
However, there are actually more pros rather than cons of including a money-back guarantee. When you offer one, your prospective customers are likely to appreciate that you stand by your product rather than spotting the potential to have their money refunded.
Many sellers feel unhappy with their customers when they ask for a refund. Most of the time, chances are that they failed to deliver what their customers required. As a high ticket closer, make sure your customers get what they pay for. When you ensure that, you would no longer be afraid of adding a money-back guarantee.
4. Do Good
It is crucial to understand the needs and wants of your customers to know what they want to accomplish. Make sure that the product you are selling helps your customers fulfill their objectives.
When it comes to high ticket coaching, getting the result should be like your drug. You don’t just have to sell a product but also make sure that what you sell has the ability to satisfy your customers.
Understand what your customers want and the time frame within which they require it. For instance, if your customer wants the product to deliver results in a week’s time but your product realistically takes at least a month, then it is probably not a good fit.
Final Thoughts
High ticket coaching is less about earning a high amount and more about maximizing benefits for the customers.
As you are marketing premium products, you will inevitably attract clients who are already interested in the product. This would allow you to focus adequately on every customer and succeed in improving sales.
A thriving career in high ticket coaching is bound to fill you with a sense of accomplishment. When you understand the requirements of your customer base and know that the product or service you are selling would solve their problem, it will not only help you earn dollars but also provide inner satisfaction.
