This was a complete launch plan for a series of events. Ultimately it was to sell tickets to an in -person event, starting with ads to opt ins and then a virtual event and then finally to the paid live event. This strategy was designed to test messaging and ads inexpensively early on and then push budget for the main event once we had audiences and targeting dialed in. This was from a Strategy Session, which included the map and writeup of the plan. Ultimately, this plan was not put into action but the client has kept the strategy to put into place for next year’s event.
